"I went in for a hair cut and got one without problem. Over the next few days I decide I don't like the style of the cut so I call back 4 days after my haircut because I was under the impression that they had a 100% satisfaction guaranteed thing. They confirmed that as long as it was within 7 days from my previous cut they would correct my the cut to my liking. So I go in get a my cut changed after waiting for an hour to see some one she tells me that I was incorrect and will have to pay $20 to get my hair cut again. Needless to say I was upset. Had I known I would be charged again I would have went somewhere cheaper or not gone anywhere at all customer service is abysmal I am a nice person so I didn't complain about it to them in person. I regret being so nice."

"I travel all over the US and, as a businessman, I need to look neat and professional. So, I visit every 2-3 weeks when I'm in town and Sarah always does a fabulous job. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled...never receive anything but a great haircut. I would highly recommend her! The online check-in app is great, also...really helps if you have a busy schedule."

"AnnaKate was amazing with my stepson! He is 3 years old and this weekend was his father & my weekend with him. He begged me all day to get his hair cut...when his name was called and we were discussing what style, we discovered he had some sort of trigger to the word scissors. He threw a tremendous fit when we were discussing if we were getting a scissor cut or with the clippers. She was patient and sweet with him. She let me sit in the chair and hold him while she did his haircut. He was wiggly and she would hide her scissors anytime he moved. He’s also got several oddly placed cowlicks but she did an awesome job getting his hair even and trimmed down. We will definitely be bringing him back!"

"Absolutely awful service. Artie was rude and condescending, told me a basic style was “impossible” because she didn’t feel like putting in the effort. Insulted my hair several times and rushed. Paid for a few trims. They are lazy and rude."

"Not sure of the name of the chick who cut my hair but she was incompetent and has poor social skills. She made weird comments making things uncomfortable and did a terrible job cutting my hair. She asked if it was ok to put product in my hair even though i said no to hide the fact she butchered my hair. After getting home and checking out my hair cut she completly missed parts and couldnt even add in a hard part without doing it crooked. The only thing I could do at that point is just to buzz everything off and start over fresh."
